Terms of use

On this page
These terms cover this website and what we publish on it, nothing more. Paid services always run under a separate signed agreement, and that agreement wins if the two ever disagree.
Scope and acceptance
These terms cover the public websites and publicly available material run by Pleezpay (“we” or “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
These terms do not cover paid platform services, payment processing, a test or live account, advisory work or a partnership. Each of those needs its own written terms. Where a signed order form, master services agreement, partner agreement, data processing addendum or other negotiated agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement wins.
This website is for information
Descriptions, roadmaps, examples, metrics and documentation on this website are there to help you evaluate Pleezpay. Anything marked “In development”, “Rolling out” or similar is not a commitment that it is generally available. Asking for a demo or sending a partnership enquiry does not create a customer, partner, agency, referral, fiduciary or exclusive relationship.
Using the website properly
You may use the website to evaluate Pleezpay lawfully for business. You must not:
- interfere with its security or availability, or with other users;
- probe, scan, bypass or exploit a vulnerability without our written permission;
- introduce malware, send automated abusive requests, scrape in a way that burdens the service, or misrepresent who you are;
- use anything on the site to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights; or
- suggest that Pleezpay endorses or partners with you without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The website, product names, text, visual design, code examples, documentation and other material belong to Pleezpay or its licensors, and intellectual property law protects them. You may make reasonable internal copies to evaluate Pleezpay. We grant no other licence unless separate documentation or an agreement says so expressly.
Third-party services and links
The website may mention or link to payment providers and other third parties. Their products, availability, security and terms are their responsibility. A mention is not a guarantee, an endorsement or a statement that a commercial partnership exists.
Disclaimers
As far as the law allows, the public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that everything on it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, compliance, investment or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
As far as the applicable law allows, Pleezpay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, that arise only from using the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and changes
The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these website terms alone. We may update these terms. If you keep using the website after we publish an update, the updated terms apply from then on.
