Pricing, itemised.
We set your price once we know your volume, your markets and the methods you need. There are no setup fees, and every fee you pay appears as its own line.
What shapes your price
- Your monthly volume
- How much you process, and how steady it is.
- Where your shoppers are
- Markets and currencies change which providers can take the payment.
- The methods you offer
- Cards, wallets, bank transfer, pay-later and local methods are priced differently.
- The providers that approve you
- Each provider makes its own pricing, reserve and settlement decisions.
How a statement reads
Statement, 13–17 Oct
Pricing questions, answered plainly.
How is my price set?
We agree it with you during onboarding, once we know your volume, your markets and the methods you need. It is written into your agreement before your first live payment.
Are there setup fees?
No.
Can I see a price before I apply?
We quote after we’ve read your application, because volume, markets and methods change the answer. Applying takes six questions, and the reply tells you the next step.
What is a reserve, and who decides it?
A reserve is part of your volume held back for a period to cover refunds and disputes. A provider, or your agreement with us, may require one. Every statement shows what was held and what was released, line by line.
Do the providers set their own terms?
Yes. Each provider makes its own pricing, reserve and settlement decisions about your business. Your agreement with us sets out what you pay and how it appears on your statements.
When do I get paid?
On the schedule in your agreement. Each payout comes with a statement that lists the payments behind it, so you can match it to your bank account.
